We'll meet at the gym on Saturday, June 14th or 21st, to take your "before" measurements and pictures (or next Saturday is also available).
Follow the Shred meal plan for six weeks to take the guesswork out of your nutrition.

Hey, after the year we just had, I'm so happy you're here! Now that outside is back open and we can resume our social lives, I know many of us are wanting to trim away some extra pounds as we re-emerge for the summer.

And in my 17 years in the health industry, "just tell me what to eat" has become a familiar phrase. So I created this easy to follow meal plan to help you plan out your meals and snacks.
